That sounds like a corrupted image cache. I noticed the exact same thing with the main header on Foxy Gold Casino while I was working from my office in Glasgow this morning. Even on a fast Virgin Media line, the graphics simply refused to display until I cleared my temporary internet files. It seems like some UK content delivery networks are having trouble syncing assets correctly today. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) and see if the icons reappear for you.
