Some frequently asked questions at The Cove Tasmania

  1. Are children allowed to stay at The Cove

    1. All guests have to be 18 years or older?

    2. We have one exception - breast fed, non mobile infants are allowed.

  2. What different room types and price points does The Cove have?

    1. 5 Star Villa - our Signature Residence

    2. Ocean Soak Suites - with private courtyard and electric soak bath.

    3. Cliffside Pavillions - ocean front, oudoor north-facing deck, ensuites

    4. Cheviot A-Frames - garden view with outdoor deck, toilet and handbasin

      1. We also have a fully compliant disability unit - Cheviot A-Frame 1

    5. Hillside Eco Glamping Cabins - shared facilities

      1. All rooms have King beds

    6. Priced from $200 - $800per night

  3. Is there a minimum night stay?

    1. No you can just stay one night, however, with so much to see and do we recommend at least 2 nights

  4. Are there dining options on site?

    1. Yes - Atrium Cafe and Bar - 7 days per week 8am til 3pm and Basalt Restaurant - 5 nights, Tuesday - Saturday from 5 pm

  5. Are there options to self-cater?

    1. Yes we have a large communal kitchen and undercover BBQ's with everything you need to cook a gournet feast. We also have fresh, tasty pre-packaged meals for convenience. Food delivery (e.g Uber Eats) delivers to The Cove.

  6. Can I purchase drinks ?

    1. Yes we have an honesty bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

  7. What activities are available on-site?

    1. Each night watch the Little Penguin parade from a private deck
