Think body-mind root-cause coaching, trauma-informed somatic practices & breathwork, sound healing, nourishing wholesome nutritionist-curated food,  luxury private villas overlooking the wild ocean, plus more.

Join Chris & Filly (from Chris & Filly Functional Medicine) at the award-winning The Cove Tasmania, perched at the top of the most stunning coastal cliff, for a weekend of deep connection with self, the land and sea, and community.

    2 nights / 3 days lodging at The Cove Tasmania

    Nourishing nutritionist-curated meals (3 x lunches, 2 x dinners, 2 x breakfast)
