Problems with lawn burning in the summer

Hello everyone! For the second year in a row my lawn literally burns in July. I water in the morning and evening, but the grass still becomes dry and yellowish. Tried different fertilizers and even aeration - helps for a while. I think, maybe it’s the grass itself? I live in a rather hot region, the summer temperature is stable above +30°C. I want the lawn to be dense, green and do not require constant watering.

You probably have a grass that is not suitable for the climate. Zoysia grass seed is excellent option for hot regions. It is drought-resistant, warm-season grass that requires much less water after rooting. Its dense carpet prevents weeds from growing, and thick roots retain moisture even in the heat. I have Zoysia growing for the third year - I water at most once a week, and everything is fine. Yes, it grows slowly, but then lawn looks like green carpet all year round (still warm).
